The pristine lot is on the main channel, which is the river which feeds the lake. First half near the road is mostly meadow and the second part near the water is treed. The bank to the river is fairly steep but not very deep. There are other houses along this shoreline. This water is clean looking and flows because of the river. Lake Somerset is a man made private lake with four beautiful parks, one of which is an island park. There is an association run by land owners elected to the Board.
