My Bio...Single family home in search of new companions. I'm on the cusp of Baby Boomer/Gen X'er being born in 1964. I'm well cared for and look much better than my 58 year old, local counterparts. My interests include, interior design (I'm gorgeous), home maintenance (I'm in great shape), gourmet cooking (my kitchen with island and peninsula is awesome), regular mechanical checkups (my plumbing works great, I can be full of hot air at times, but also a cool cat in times of need), I'm easy going with a flexible layout. I have plenty of room for as many people who want to be a part of my life moving forward. Part of me is serious and a little fancy (I've had plenty of work done throughout the years) while I still have a fun side to share (my lower level can be a great rec space). I'm competitive (price wise), I tend to play hard and a little dirty, so I created an amazing mud room with laundry to clean up my act when I get out of hand. I've made a lot of friends who tend to call in the summertime when Ravinia Music festival is in full swing. You can walk there from here and sometimes I feel used, just for my driveway.
