Designed by Chicago’s Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture (HPA), the SoHo loft-inspired steel and brick building includes six condominiums, offering 4,500 square feet of indoor space and 1,500 square feet of outdoor space. Each unit includes four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Prices range from $2.55 million to $3.4 million.
