Julia specializes in Chicago's near north side, including but not limited to Lincoln Park, River North, Old Town, Lakeview, Wicker Park and West Loop, as well as some suburbs, including Park Ridge, Glenview, Evanston/Skokie, Deerfield, Northbrook and Highland Park. Julia knows that her clients come first. She values their needs, puts emphasis on honest business relationships and understands the power of proactive marketing. Living and working in the Chicagoland area, she is keen to the trends of the Windy City and its ever-changing real estate landscape. Julia works closely with her managing broker, operations manager and other real estate professionals. She believes that surrounding herself with real estate specialists greatly improves the service that she can provide her clients.

Julia is an enthusiastic member of her community and a die-hard Chicago sports fan. She is a member of the Eversight Illinois Auxiliary Board, an organization dedicated to the preservation and restoration of sight. She volunteers for various other charities and is also an active member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network. When Julia isn't working, you can find her biking on the lakeshore, trying new restaurants with friends and family, or redecorating her home.
