Tom was born in Chicago raised on the North Side where he developed a unique appreciation for the City's architecture, historic landmarks and incredible skyline. As a young teenager, Tom immediately recognized the benefit of owning real estate after witnessing his parents go through the process of buying their first home. After a highly successful 17-year career in broadcasting (including being on the air at WTMX) Tom decided it was time to make a change. He looked at many different options, and it became evident that real estate was the next step.
His experience in broadcasting, coupled with his outgoing and gregarious personality, Tom will make any deal or transaction as smooth and easy as possible. He fully understands the nature of effective marketing and innately possesses an uncanny ability to negotiate while always staying truly dedicated to accommodating his clients needs. In addition to being a licensed broker in Illinois, Tom is also a licensed realtor in California and practices in the Greater Los Angeles area.
