Growing up my family and I would spend our summer vacations in Southwestern Michigan, and what started out as a get-away spot has turned into my beloved hometown for over 20 years.
Now, a longtime resident of the area, having navigated my three young girls through the school system, and being actively involved in the many educational and sporting activities, I have gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in our communities.
My family just recently moved into our forever home near Harbor Shores in St. Joseph, so I totally understand what it is like to stand in my client's shoes--Buying and selling real estate, raising kids, working, sporting events and moving--These real life experiences have afforded me sensitivity towards my clients' journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective that I gained through my own personal experiences.
My main intention is to understand my client's needs, match their needs, and build a relationship that will last. Like @properties, I'm always growing and always innovating which has proven invaluable to both buyers and sellers. From one end of the real estate spectrum to the other, I use my experience and foresight to proactively communicate and guide clients through every detail of the real estate transaction from the first phone call all the way to the closing table. My professional motto is, ‘buy and sell real estate well.' It's important to me that buyers and sellers are educated, guided and assisted throughout the entire real estate process.
