While studying Finance at DePaul University, choosing Real Estate as a career focus was the most natural, easy decision for Chanelle. Later, earning her license in 2005 and securing the “Rookie of The Year” title solidified Chanelle’s commitment to the most exciting, colorful and interesting industry…Real Estate.
Chanelle began her career working primarily with new construction, conversions, rehabs and investments which became a platform to build relationships with a multitude of clients including Buyers, Sellers, Developers and Investors. She learned early on to appreciate the uniqueness of every client, property and real estate experience. She brings the same respect, hard work and energy to the @Properties team and to every client.

If Chanelle is not out exploring local markets or spending time with her family, she is engaged in the only sport she knows: reading! Her love for literature compelled her to study writing and earn an M.F.A. from the Art Institute of Chicago. She and a friend built and sponsored a Little Free Library, she hosts the Book Exchange for her church every year and she recently completed a children’s book.
