Denitsa joined @properties to pursue a career in Real Estate after 13 successful years as a Design/Sales Consultant at MACY'S FURNITURE GALLERY on State Street and a Retail Store Manager at Jennifer Convertibles, Lincoln Park. She is an Accredited Staging Professional ASP® and a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals IAHSP®. With an eye for design and keeping up with current home trends she goes above and beyond for all her sellers by offering complimentary home staging services. She is dedicated to helping them prepare their homes to sell in the shortest amount of time and for top dollar. From working with clients’ existing furnishings, rearranging and accessorizing to a full staging project for unoccupied properties, she knows what it takes to be competitive and excel in today’s market by appealing to the broadest range of people.
Well-known for her attention to detail, tireless work ethic and positive attitude, Denitsa is passionate about matching every client with the right home for them. Her excellent communication skills and being a great listener come to play in understanding their needs, requirements and deal-breakers. Her goal is always to educate them in what is happening in the real estate market at that moment and guide them through a process that could be unfamiliar and sometimes emotional by turning it into an enjoyable and stress-free experience. She moved to Chicago 17 years ago and immediately fell in love with the city. Over the years she has resided in Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Loop, South Loop, River North and now Bucktown, with a rental property in Lakeview, making her a local expert in all these areas. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, which she adopted during the years she volunteered at the Anti-Cruelty Society. When she is not busy with clients you can find her reading, gardening or helping friends design and furnish their homes. She welcomes any inquires, real estate needs, or referrals!
