Marty Riva, a REALTOR© with @properties who prides himself on helping his clients sell, buy or rent the home of their dreams. Marty has been in the industry for a year and has learned Chicago's market from top to bottom. Marty is always on top of the most sophisticated technology so his clients are always getting top-of-the-line service. He is dedicated to help his clients maximize their real estate invesment.
Prior to joining @properties, Marty was a Account Executive at one of he world's largest largest office technology companies, Canon. At Canon he was in charge of sales in the River North, Lincoln Park, West Town and Lakeview area. Here he has learned the important skills of follow up and staying in contact. This is to give his clients the comfort and confidence that he will always be there anytime he is needed.
When Marty is not helping his clients buy or sell their home he is actively involved in the Midtown Educational Foundation. After 2 years of volunteering Marty has joined the auxilary board where he helps with the fund raising. When not working with the auxilary board he is dedicated to tutoring 4th - 6th graders each week.
Marty knows Real Estate in Chicago and is eager to aid any client that he represents. He embodies persistance and patience with each person he works with and each process he is involved in. He gets his most joy when advising and serving each client to help them find the home of their dreams or sell their home for top dollar.
