Patrick McDonough's continued real estate success over the past twenty two years is the result of his integrity, innate ability to listen, market knowledge, negotiating skills, and, most importantly, his extraordinary current and past clients who continue to fuel his success.

Prior to real estate, Patrick traded index, interest rate, and currency options and futures on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. This experience has given Patrick a macro-perspective on the real estate market and mortgage rate environment.

Patrick has represented first time and move-up buyers and sellers, developers in a wide range of product from luxury single family homes to luxury condominiums, and has discreetly represented HNWI's in purchase and sale transactions.

He separates himself from others by showing his listings. He does not own a lockbox. When you list with Patrick, he shows your property. His showings are booked directly with him, and he is present when the buyers arrive, present when they leave, and provides feedback once the showing is over.

When not transacting real estate, Patrick enjoys spending time in northern Michigan, specifically Beaver Island and Leelanau County. He is the Founder and Director of the Glen McDonough Memorial Concert, named after his father, and the Eve Glen McDonough School, named after his daughter. Both are held at Red Deer, his cabin on Beaver Island.

Patrick is a member of the Sheil Leadership Council at Sheil Catholic Center at Northwestern University, has chaired and been a member of the Mardi Gras Committee at Sheil, served as President of the Alma College Alumni Board and as a member of the Alma College Presidential Advisory Committee, and served on the board of directors of a primary and behavioral health care facility in Chicago.

He has lived in Winnetka and Evanston for the last 32 years, and currently resides in the Orrington Elementary neighborhood in northeast Evanton.
