Audra Casey has been a REALTOR® and resident of Northbrook for 20 years, during which time she has represented buyers, sellers and investors in a wide array of real estate transactions. Her client-centric approach is characterized by hard work, integrity and creative service, resulting in over $8.5 million in sales volume over the past 12 months.
Audra's education and experience combine to create a unique skillset that gives her clients an advantage in a competitive marketplace. She holds an engineering degree, and her background in science and mathematics come through in her attention to detail, analysis and ability to implement detailed processes and procedures – all key to both new-construction and resale.
In addition, Audra has built a strong community network with access to hundreds of local families through her involvement in Northbrook schools. She has three children throughout Northbrook School Districts 28 and 225, and is currently on the executive board for Northbrook Junior High School and is the PTO Membership Chair for Glenbrook North High School.
A member of the North Shore – Barrington Association of REALTORS® (NSBAR) and Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR), Audra stays current on market trends and is adept at using the latest technology to market listings on behalf of her seller clients. Her work with buyers is equally sophisticated, and involves tapping into @properties' large internal network to match clients with properties for sale, often before those homes hit the market.
