Hello and thank you for visiting! My career selling homes began in 2005, right before market values began to decline. Those years gave me the opportunity to sharpen my skills in all aspects of home sales, traditional, relocation, foreclosure, short sales, land sales, auctions and property leasing within Lake, McHenry and northern Cook Counties.

Prior to Real Estate, I managed a growing and successful electrical contracting company. Through the years, I've come to know the benefits of "following rules" especially the Golden Rule.

My clients will confirm that I'm just a phone call away. Texting and emails have their place, yet conversations assure important information is accurately communicated.  In my business practice, Buyers and Sellers are the final decision makers who hire me to be their trusted confidante, advisor and negotiator. I consider myself successful when clients realize my top priority is them.

Brought up in a military family, home base was Chicagoland. In 1987 I moved to Grayslake purchasing my family home of 31 years. In 2017, I began preparations for its' sale. Putting into practice my "Seller Suggestions" and "Buyer Guidelines" I sold my property in a single day downsizing to my new home in Vernon Hills.
