Jason Kilarski was born for a profession in real estate. He grew up, with a family of real estate agents, in a suburb outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business from Michigan State University, Jason concurrently built a successful landscape company, which he sold shortly after his graduation to follow his passion for sales and negotiations. In early 2000, he joined his family in their well-established real estate practice at Prudential Realty. Shortly after starting his real estate brokerage career, Jason consistently placed in the top 5% of agents despite being under 30 during that time.
For the next decade Jason assisted hundreds of clients and closed on over 300 real estate transactions. His clients ranged from first-time home buyers to professional real estate investors. Many of Jason’s prior clients continue to be life time friends to this day as his high level of professionalism and integrity matched with his uncanny ability to make his clients feel at ease lead to an enhanced real estate buying and selling experience. First time buyers felt very comforted by his thoroughness and dedication to their unique situations and, at the same time, experienced home buyers and sellers appreciated his depth of knowledge, negotiation skills and ability to “see the big picture” throughout the entire process.
In early 2010, Jason and his wife, LeAnn, made the move to Chicagoland where they are raising two vibrant young daughters aged 7 and 5. Jason has been very involved in the lives of their two daughters and this experience proved to be vital for his complete understanding of what a “home” really means and its important role in the family.
Outside of the office, Jason immensely enjoys golf and music and he and his wife strive to bring their passion of travel to their daughters.
