Annie Bauer is a Chicago native who holds real estate licenses in Illinois, Florida and Ontario, Canada.  She started her real estate career in 2002 on the commercial side with CBRE.   In 2005, she made the switch to residential brokerage and joined @properties.  Since that time, she has consistantly been one of @properties Top Producing Brokers. Even during the economic downturn, she reinvented her business and persevered selling over $11 million in 2009.  Most recently Annie has been featured on HGTV's 'House Hunter's Renovation' and on the cover of 'Top Agent' Magazine. She's been recognized by both the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Chicago Tribune winning consecutive awards for ‘Outstanding Sales Achievement'.  In addition, she was honored for her sales volume in new construction and conversion projects for the @properties development portfolio.

In her career, Annie has worked with a broad range of clients from first-time home buyers, investors and seasoned sellers to nationally recognized developers and asset managers.  Annie enjoys the variety of her clientele.  She believers each client is unique as each property is unique; she is able to adjust to individual's needs and requirements. Her diligence and experience will guide you in assessing the value of your current or perspective home which will enable negotiations from facts, not conjecture.

"I absolutely love real estate. What I bring to the table in my role as a consultant is my sincere desire to educate my clients about market trends, neighborhoods and construction. I leverage my relationships in the brokerage community to get my clients in to see homes not yet listed for the public.  I have a staunch sense of loyalty and urgency that generates results.  My clients come first, always".

Annie has lived in almost every neighborhood in the city.  She currently resides in the Fulton River District.  She enjoys exploring new restaurants, staging & interior design, she's an animal advocate, loves yoga & running along the river walk.
