Year after year Dan has been one of the Top Producers in the Real Estate industry consistenlty landing in the top 1% of sales agents. He has positioned himself with some of the finest developers in Chicago and The North Shore. Being responsible for the discovery, sale and marketing of over 30 new construction and condominium developments make him a cut above the rest.

 

His transactions include single-family homes, condominiums, apartment buuldings and land. This experience gives him the much needed edge required in today's marketplace. Dan has superior negotiating and social media skills with a vast knowledge of all the diverse neighborhoods from The North Shore to Chicago.

 

Dan has always been an entrepreneur. Prior to venturing into Real Estate he owned and operated his own business where he managed 15 employees. Managing multiple people required long hours and a good rapport with many different personalities. "I feel that the 12-14 hour days I spent running my own business instilled a work ethic and a knowledge of the business world that has carried over into my Real Estate career," says Al-Bazi. Selling his business in the spring of 1999 Dan set his goals in a new direction, Real Estate. With a strong drive and high work ethic Dan quickly established himeself as a Top Producer.

 

"I've succeeded in Real Estate by working hard, always being available to my clients, knowing the market, having a solid business foundation and truly loving what I do," says Al-Bazi. In his first full year Dan was awarded 'Rookie of the Year' honors from his former brokerage firm in 2000. In the summer of 2006 Dan was selected as one of the Metro Chicago Real Estate Magazines's '40 under 40: Chicago's Real Estate Agents to Watch'. His $10+ mllion sales record in 2005 additionally earned him the 'Silver Award' for outstanding service and salkes success.

 

Dan has made a notable presence in the marketplace and is well respected throughout the Real Estate community by his peers. His client list is as diverse as the neighborhoods that he works. He serves them with the expertise they expect and never fails to deliver. Whether it's an investor developer or first time buyer, Dan will get the job done.

 

Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their two children, Kaeson and Elsie. He is an avid golfer and White Sox fan.
